Alan Stein is the Director of Performance for Pure Sweat Basketball, the lead performance trainer for the Nike Basketball Skills Academies and an internationally renown expert on improving basketball-specific athleticism. Coach Stein served as the Head Performance Coach for DeMatha Catholic High School's basketball program for 6 years (after a 7-year svtint at Montrose Christian) and has over 15 years of experience working with elite high school, college and NBA players including work for the McDonald's All-American game, Jordan Brand Classic, NBA Players Association Top 100 Camp and the CP3 Elite Guard Camp. Coach Czes has been the Boys' Varsity Head Coach at Crystal Lake Central High School, Illinois, for the past 10 years. In addition to his role at Better Basketball, Rich acts as Chief Operating Officer of Pure Sweat Basketball. Rich also works with other leading organisations such as Stronger Team and Lead em' Up, under the banner of his new company, 'Basketball Worldwide.'
